I build automations on Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n — connecting CRMs, intake forms, spreadsheets, messengers, and email campaigns so data moves between services without manual copying. Clients usually come with a specific pain point: 'a manager retypes every form submission into the CRM by hand' or 'a new lead needs to land straight in the sales team's Telegram chat.' I start by mapping the current process — which services are already in use, where data gets lost, what can be simplified even before automating, rather than just automating a messy process as-is. I work with ready-made connectors and with direct API calls when the connector you need doesn't exist in the builder. I set up error handling and alerts for when a step in the chain fails — otherwise automation quietly turns into silent data loss nobody notices. I don't build complex custom backend systems from scratch — if a data flow genuinely needs custom development rather than a no-code builder, I say so honestly and suggest bringing in a developer. A typical project is three to five linked automations, five to eight working days.
