Automation Specialist

I've built automations for 12 years on Zapier, Make, and n8n, for small teams with a specific manual process eating up team time. I start by mapping the current process rather than automating a messy one as-is. I set up error handling and alerts so a broken step doesn't silently lose data. I don't build custom backend systems from scratch — if a workflow genuinely needs real development instead of a no-code builder, I say so. A typical project is three to five linked automations.
