Voiceover Coordinator — Casting & Production
I coordinate voiceover projects — selecting a narrator's voice for the client's need (an ad spot, a training video, an IVR menu, an audiobook) from a pool of vetted narrators, briefing the recording task, checking recording quality, and delivering the final mixed track. This format works well for clients who don't have time to search and screen through dozens of narrator options themselves — I take on the casting, the recording brief for the narrator, and quality control for noise and articulation. I work with narrators in Russian, Ukrainian, and English, male and female voices across different age ranges and tones — from a warm advertising register to a neutral corporate-video voice. After recording I do basic post-processing myself or pass the job to a partner audio editor if deeper cleanup is needed. I don't record into a microphone myself — I'm specifically the process coordinator, not the narrator, and I'm always upfront about that. Typical turnaround from brief to a finished 1–2 minute voiceover is three to four working days, including one round of tone revisions.
